In order to protect the child against any form of violence upon his rights, the Free Line's consultants support you with information and legal counselling on:
• Alternative services to prevent child's abandonment and institutionalization: maternal center, day care center, maternal assistance;
• Child allowance
• Minimum income guarantee
• Complementary family allowance
• Supporting allowance for monoparental family
• Placement to a family/person and placement allowance
• Reintegration of the children in the natural family
• Maternal leave and maternity benefit
• Maternal leave and child indemnity up to the age of 2 years
• The necessary documents and the procedure for national adoption
• The rights of children with disabilities
